第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972 is a federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in federally-funded education programs or activities. 协会的 is committed to providing a workplace and educational environment free from sexual misconduct or retaliation. The term sexual misconduct is an umbrella term that includes offenses of gender discrimination, 性骚扰, 性侵犯, 跟踪, dating and 家庭暴力, sexual exploitation and other related wrongdoing. 

协会的's Sexual Misconduct Policy was approved by our board of trustees in 2019. 我们的 Sexual Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Procedures were updated August 2020. Both were created to provide a prompt, fair and impartial process for those involved in an allegation of sexual misconduct and/or retaliation.

Certain Employees, known as 要求记者, are required to report actual or suspected sexual misconduct or retaliation to the 第九条协调员 immediately. Mandated reporters must promptly share all details of behaviors covered by these procedures that they observe or have knowledge of, even if not reported to them by a complainant or third-party. Complainants may want to carefully consider whether they share personally identifiable details with non-confidential 要求记者, as those details must be shared with the 第九条协调员.

The following positions, with the exception of those identified as Confidential Resources, have been designated as Mandated Reporters:
